You must be at least 21 years old to register and use 9piso, in accordance with Philippine law. 9piso reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be immediately closed and any funds forfeited.
Each player is permitted one 9piso account only. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts. Bonuses and winnings from duplicate accounts are void and will not be paid out.
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The specific requirements for each promotion are stated in the promotion's individual terms. Bonus abuse — including matched betting or arbitrage — is prohibited.

3.1 Age Requirement. The minimum age to register and use 9piso is 21 years old, in strict compliance with Philippine law governing casino-style gambling. 9piso employs age verification procedures and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to PAGCOR.
3.2 Geographic Restrictions. 9piso is operated for and directed at players located in the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms. 9piso reserves the right to block access from restricted jurisdictions without notice.
3.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or use 9piso: (a) employees of 9piso or its affiliates; (b) persons who have self-excluded from the Platform; (c) persons who have been permanently banned from the Platform; (d) persons who are subject to a PAGCOR exclusion order.
4.1 One Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one Account on 9piso. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. If duplicate Accounts are detected, 9piso reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit all balances without prior notice.
4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and must update your Account information promptly if any details change. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent Account closure.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 9piso will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 9piso support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
4.4 KYC Verification. Before processing any withdrawal, 9piso is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify your identity. You will be required to submit: (a) a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, PRC ID, or voter's ID); and (b) proof of your registered payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being held pending verification.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 9piso accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
5.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your Wallet within minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect. 9piso does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
5.3 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the Platform's cashier page and may be updated from time to time. 9piso reserves the right to impose transaction limits at its discretion, including for compliance or security reasons.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) business day for verified Accounts. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within 30–60 minutes of processing. Bank transfers may take up to two (2) business days to clear, depending on the receiving bank. Withdrawals are only processed to payment methods previously used for deposits, or to a verified method in your name.
5.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Real Money Funds may be withdrawn at any time, subject to KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds. 9piso reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if 9piso has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
5.6 Prohibited Funding Methods. The following funding methods are strictly prohibited on 9piso: (a) any form of cryptocurrency; (b) credit card deposits for gambling purposes, which are prohibited under Philippine regulations. Use of prohibited funding methods will result in the transaction being reversed and may result in Account suspension.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 9piso are subject to these general terms and any specific terms stated in the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion before they are eligible for withdrawal. Until wagering requirements are met, Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn. Real Money Funds are wagered before Bonus Funds unless otherwise stated.
6.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not used within the period specified in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from your Wallet without notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
6.4 Bonus Abuse. 9piso strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: matched betting, arbitrage betting, using multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, and any other strategy designed to exploit promotional offers. 9piso reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close Accounts, where bonus abuse is detected.
6.5 Promotion Availability. Promotions are available to eligible players only. 9piso reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
7.1 Certified RNG. All games on 9piso use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited for fairness. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and reflect the long-term statistical return of each game.
7.2 Game Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or software fault, 9piso reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's Wallet. 9piso is not liable for losses resulting from game malfunctions beyond the refund of the affected wager.
7.3 Disconnection Policy. If you are disconnected from the Platform during an active game round, the round will be completed according to the game's rules. 9piso is not responsible for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's end.
7.4 Game Rules. Each game on the Platform has its own set of rules accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of each game before placing a wager. Ignorance of game rules is not grounds for a refund.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 9piso and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. 10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 9piso's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Wallet in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.2 9piso shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
10.3 9piso does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

12.1 9piso reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) you have breached these Terms; (b) your Account has been used for fraudulent or illegal activity; (c) you have provided false information; or (d) it is required to do so by PAGCOR or any other competent authority.
12.2 Upon Account closure for breach of these Terms, 9piso reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Real Money Funds will be returned to you after deducting any amounts owed to 9piso, subject to the completion of any required investigations.
12.3 You may close your Account at any time by contacting 9piso support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Real Money Funds will be returned to your verified payment method within five (5) business days, subject to KYC verification.
9piso reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account.
14.1 Governing Law. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you should first contact 9piso support to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process, or to the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
14.3 Language. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
